Objectives

Strengthen the presence and positioning in the global market;

Activities

Acquisition of specialized services to an independent external company to perform a diagnosis of dematerialization of processes;

Development of a new website, focusing on the interactivity with the visitor;

Development of an application that manages internal communications;

Conducting a consolidated trend study in order to identify the best digital tools to use;

Hiring of two new technical staff to integrate functions in the area of information technology and the dematerialization component of the Company’s processes;

Development of a platform for customer loyalty and development of digital catalogs;

Development of stock and asset management software in order to ensure lower lead-times.
